I have finally figured out why I could not post on the WIlliamsonConnects! Blog!!!!  I wasn’t a user.  Now my assignments and all of the tasks that I need to complete for the WC! Team will go so much easier!

I went to a Math Podcasts website and found a podcast that I will actually use this year as I am teaching my 7th grade math students how to multiply and divide integers.  This podcast was made by a teacher and a group of students explaining the rules of multiplying and dividing integers.  The students also provided multiple examples that have to do with numbers and also a real life example that I think most 7th graders would relate to.  I would rate this a ****, and can’t wait to use it in my classroom!

I found a math podcast that discussed the mind game Sudoku.  The podcast talked about the history of the game, the rules and strategies for being successful in completing a Sudoku puzzle.  I found this cast to be informative and have clear explanations about the game, both how to play it and how it was developed.   I would rate this podcast ****

Here is where you can find the podcast and learn about the number game Sudoku
